How It Works

Talk with Our Team

You begin by consulting with our team regarding your ideas and wishes. Whether you have any family heirloom or want to create an entirely new piece, we are collaborative during the process.

Design Decisions

Work with our Certified Gemologist, Donna, to select options that fit your custom design ideas. Donna will collaborate with you regarding your dreams for the piece. It can be a new design or reworking something old into something new!

Creating an Heirloom

After selecting your design ideas, our team will create a timeline and steps to execute your custom creation or redesign.

Before & After

You may have a special piece that you want to rework to tell a new story in a new way. This is an example of what Donna can work with you to create from a special heirloom!
